These light weight, insulated fiberglass food transport bodies are a combination heating and refrigeration vehicle perfect for delivering specialties such as pizza, chicken,
ribs, cold salads, drinks, etc. They can be mounted on most domestic or foreign compact pick-up trucks.
The Hotshot 1 is 70% stainless convection holding oven compartment (37 cubic feet) and 30% refrigerated compartment (27.5 cubic feet).
The Hotshot Express has the same size oven but has an insulated ambient compartment instead of a mechanical refrigerated compartment. Ice or cold packs can be used to keep drinks or salads cold.
The Hotshot 70/30 is the reverse of the Hotshot 1 having the larger refrigeration compartment and smaller oven. This makes this body ideal for home delivered meal programs.
The oven has the capacity to hold up to 192 hot 3-sectional meal trays. The refrigeration compartment has enough capacity to hold cold compliments plus enough room for a cold
(or frozen) meal for the weekend.
Racking and interior layout can be customized to accommodate specific applications limited only by door openings, (fixed).
